Fit Body Boot Camp

This is an amazing place to workout. You will never feel judged or looked down on. It's an amazing environment to start your health journey or continue on it. I look forward to going each day. Plus it's only 30 minutes and you leave feeling like you have worked out for hours.

I love the quick, effectiveness of the workouts and the welcoming laid-back energy of the people! I have some shoulder issues, so sometimes for certain exercises that bother me, I will not use weights or I will do a plank/boat pose instead. I like that I am able to do what is best for my body without any judgment or pressure from others, and having the other members around me working hard, and coaches pushing us, helps me push myself! 💪

Fit Body has become such an amazing part of my health and wellness journey. I'd always wanted to work out consistently but never found a gym or structure that I connected with - until FBBC. The accountability of a class structure, the diversity of all of the members, and the amazing support from other members and coaches makes this gym truly different and special. I love FBBC!

I love this gym! 30mins to have a FANTASTIC workout, never the same workout twice. It’s personal training in a motivational group setting. They push you to do your best and if you do have an injury they always have a modified version to fit your needs! The only gym I’ve enjoyed and look forward to going to! #Familyon3
